Physique update as I near the end of my pre season! I'm arguably in the best shape of my life currently, been putting in a ton of hard work in my prep for my return to professional tennis. I'm looking to go as much full time as I can this year on competing. I will be posting a ton soon with stuff like travel tips, training and dieting tips, anything that is helpful for other aspiring athletes as I do have a little bit of experience haha, and hopefully a big amount of fun stuff too 😎

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! I wish everyone a great 2022! A person really close to me taught me a valuable lesson over the years, Do what you love and enjoy in life, you don't have to have a reason for it or have to explain it to others. So I wish everyone to be able to do that in 2022! I did just that today, for a great workout in the gym and got to play tennis with my dad! Holiday dinner yet to come haha! Peace and love everyone!

Getting a workout in . The reason I'm posting this is, Planet fitness used to get a bad rep from serious lifters that it's not a place to train hard at. My view on this is that if you want to train, which is the most important thing, you can find ways to train anywhere. Whether it's a gym, outdoor gym, track, field, etc. Like the saying goes, where there's a will, there's a way. Train hard and let nothing stop you! 💪

Enjoyed a nutritious Caribbean Shrimp Salad after some swimming in Atlantic city. A tip for anyone eating out, you can easily eat healthy, it's all about making the right choices and small things like ordering the dressing on the side make a big difference. My salad was so delicious that it didn't even need the dressing which would've added the unwanted calories as most places use too much.

This is super simple and quick way to make a crepe like dessert. All you need is a low calorie wrap you like, fat free Greek yogurt, and an air fryer or oven. Spread the yogurt on the wrap and bake in an air fryer or oven for 5-7 mins. Add fruit, nuts, etc. to personalize it before or after baking it depending on your tastes.
