KARDIOJAM was created for the woman who gave everything to her family and somehow lost sight of herself along the way. She’s strong, selfless, and full of love—but one day, she looked in the mirror and asked, “Where did I go?” That moment sparked something powerful. It was time to remember who she is—not who she was before motherhood, but the woman she’s becoming now. Founded in 2022 by Nazy—a mom, choreographer, and lover of coffee and connection—KARDIOJAM started on a patio with just three women. It’s grown into a movement rooted in music, dance, and pure joy. It’s about feeling alive, confident, and free. At KARDIOJAM, we believe everyone has a dancer inside. We blend Latin, Hip-Hop, R&B, Bollywood and more into high-energy classes that feel more like a celebration than a workout. No pressure. Just movement that heals, empowers, and brings us back to ourselves. Whether you’re in a messy bun or full glam, you belong here. This is your space. Your rhythm. Your time to rise.
