Knowing yourself is the prime directive of martial energetics. Ritual combat training and cultivation of the mind and spirit, through ethnic language aids in the knowing of self. Although falsehood and truth lie without our being it is within our being that we find our path, stay true to it and treat others accordingly. Nansi Indlele Yethu

Temple Underground Association is a Minority (Black, Asian, Woman) Business. It was established in 2015 in Rutledge, TN doing business in Morristown, TN. The owners are Debbie, Dante and Gurjot Singh. We collaborate with IMAS LLP in London UK. We are sanctioned by the USA Boxing (Olympic) Association as a center. We are also recognized by NAGA, Goodfights LLC, New Breed LLC, Grappling Industries LLC and Valor Promotions. The vision was introduced in the book: Western Long Boxing and as a follow-on from the martial arts facility Angel’s Gym that was established in Fayetteville, NC. The idea was to improve modal behavior through the discipline of martial energetic, diet, exercise and Stilling/Moving meditation. The possibility for that idea is built upon the first Phenomenological Combat Sport academic article written by Dr. Dorthy Yates. The case studies and applied theories were cultivated and conducted by Jee Singh during his Post Grad work in Educational Sport Psychology. This was done while being a trainer and wellness coach for the YMCA in Des Moines, Iowa, from 2013-2014. The first book, Western Long Boxing, was published in 2010. It is a prose annotation of foundational work in martial energetic disciplines at Angel’s Gym In Fayetteville NC.. It discusses the application theory of blending Taijiquan and Qigong principles with the combat sport disciplines of Boxing, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts. We trained winning Contenders and Champions who competed in professional and amateur events. Our work was recognized and our gym sanctioned by the American Tai Chi And Qigong Association, USA Boxing Association, North American Grappling Association, International Kickboxing Association, XFC Promotions, XCF Promotions, CFP Promotions and Gameness Promotions. The business was sold. I took the time to raise and homeschool our son. He was raised in a martial energetic culture. I went on to learn more about martial energetic sciences. I also added to my graduate studies in Education and did post-grad studies in Sport Psychology. It is from 2013 till 2017 that I formulated case study theories in Combining Vedic and Taoist, Stilling and Moving Meditation. In 2015 we launched an international podcast radio show called Temple Underground Radio. We broadcasted 70 shows on martial energetic methods and the adepts that practice them from all around the world. The shows had professional teachers of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Asian Martial Arts and evening Soldiers from the US Army. The shows were in English, Russian and Chinese. The Longboxing book came out in 2016 and the Temple Underground was opened in 2017. https://www.blogtalkradio.com/templeunderground

In 2019 we added a health food store to the Business and the Temple Underground Gym merged with Temple Underground Asian Pacific Pantry. And we became the Temple Underground Association. A fire in 2019 closed the gym and store for most of the year. During that time we added more submission fighting teaching and skills to our program that had begun in 2018. All of the instructors became champions not only in Boxing and MMA but in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We opened for a short time in late 2019 but in 2020 the pandemic hit. But our books sold well and we reopened in the summer. Temple Underground Association is a place to go when one wishes to enhance their modal behavior (cognitive, kinetic, affect), through martial energetic meditation, diet and exercise. It is exceptional in its affect on people with PTSD. It has enabled school aged children to perform significantly better in the classroom. It has been essential in the raising of performance skills for MMA and BJJ athletes. In August 2020 it proved invaluable to an aging Boxer who was in need of reversing a 3 fight losing streak and who is now able to get a contract with ESPN Top Rank Boxing. Our method is called the Hothi/Singh Flowstate Method. Professor Vik Hothi helped with the final stages of applying the method. His work had been paralleling ours for a decade and with the publication of our last book the ideas brought him into our attention and we have collaborated. The method is always in the perfect stage and his insights and individual application of the flowstate methods have produced exceptional athletic competitors. In this endeavor we are inseparable as we both have the same goal. To improve the performance of seasoned athletes. The Hothi/Singh method is particular to the seasoned Combat Sport athlete who requires greater health and vitality prowess to extend the longevity of their careers. It does not guarantee a win. It does present a training program that will allow the athlete to reach a fuller potential and perform at their peak in competition. It also allows them to transfer the benefits of the training into other areas of their personal and professional life. Not just a professional but an adept they will become. They will have a life change based on the William James theory:

Gather focus and you manifest habit. Create a habit and you have discipline. Cultivate the discipline and you actualize character. Apply your character in all things and you change your world. Change your world and you will be part of a change of “the” world. This is what we do at the Temple Underground!!! We train to find the dark places within ourselves and light them up. When this is a common practice …:

The Mind is the Greatest Weapon and the Heart the Greatest Shield!!!! This book shows the way…. https://www.amazon.com/Bardos-Jujizu-Journey-Black-Walker/dp/B094T5YXY7/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=1I2R0OAKHFE0M&dchild=1&keywords=bardos+of+jujizu&qid=1634230913&sprefix=bardos+&sr=8-3
