As we start closing down this weekend and next week. The gym will be open to all members. I will be there tomorrow afternoon if anyone wants to come by and workout 🏋️ . One of the things I am proud of is our 4.8 google business ranking and the fact people say we were very friendly and helpful. Again thank you 🙏 to everyone who supported us and helped us along the way . Thank you for all the calls text and DMs and comments it made us happy and sad 😢 . See everyone tomorrow.

This post is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But after 3 years of struggling and robbing petter to pay Paul . I sold my truck to keep us open my wife sold her vintage camper to keep us open . Friends invested money and time . But there comes a time where you have to stop 🛑 and it’s here . We have helped so many people get there business started and I am proud of that. We have help so many people get in shape and I am really proud of that. Thank you to everyone who helped us supported us bought a membership,a t shirt came to a class . All members accounts will be cancelled the gym will still be open for the next few days as we start the process of moving a gym . All equipment is for sale. Pm if you have any questions.

Jefferson County Football will be hosting their 2026 Youth Football Camp on June 18th from 6-8 pm. Ages 5-13. Camp is free!
