Appropriate size couch for room, small 2 seat dinette table. Full bathroom, full bedroom queen bed with drawers and dresser and night stands with large closet. Wifi and Laundry included.

Dog friendly as long as it's behaved and gets along with mine. Deposit reqd depends on length of stay.

Only $400 week seasonal only
Oversized clean stalls available part or full board 400 mo dry/800mo. Full care. Custom Jump built on site one care jump field and 60ft roundpen. Hot water wash Rack.

Our jumps are pressure treated and painted with oil base paints unless it's a special color and it would be latex. 100% splintered with keyhole tracks. Included cups with each fence as it requires.
