All general admission must come behind the concession stand and purchase a general admission pass. We’ve been relaxed on this all year and only a handful of people have been honest and paying for general admission. So starting this weekend all general admission will have a separate pass to wear)

We love seeing pictures like this that represent what Flat Run truly stands for. Friendships, family and fun. A year ago, no one really knew who Briawna was. Over the past race season she has become well known around the speedway as a kind and friendly face (always with her camera). Thank you to everyone who makes our track photographer feel at home.

This is the reason why all minors who enter the pit area must be accompanied by an adult at all times!!! These kids were caught on trail camera which is out of racetrack perimeters. You would not believe the critters that we see during the week and the ones that we catch on trail camera .So this is NOT ok that these kids are wondering further than the track pit area. I understand that our track is a safe place and most kids can go anywhere in the pit area and the other track families will watch out for them. However this is beyond the limits. Please keep an eye on your kids. We hate to make posts like this but it needed addressed so parents can discuss this with their kids before this weekends race.

Great read.. sounds like Flat Run

People outside racing will never fully understand the family part of it.

They see the loud engines, the long nights, the dirt, the money spent, and the chaos.

But they don’t see the people who become family somewhere along the way.

The ones who help fix your car after a bad night.
The ones who feed your kids in the pits.
The ones who celebrate your wins like they’re their own and stand beside you through the losses too.

A lot of us grew up at the racetrack.
It raised us in a way.

It taught us loyalty, hard work, resilience, and how to show up for people.

That’s why when something tragic happens in the racing community, it hits differently.

Because to us… it’s not just a sport. It’s family.

Thank you to everyone who came out for another amazing night of racing. LOTS of GREAT racing in every single class. Ducar class was the class of the night with many lead changes.
