All NASP archers in Oklahoma are required to have Hunter’s Education. This can be done online or in person. There’s one in Okmulgee at the end of the month.

Attention Archers: It’s that time of the year, time for Archery Camp. This year camp will be held on the 8th of July at the Muscogee Nation’s ranch.

We will have a day full of activities including archery, fishing as well as cultural activities. As always lunch will be provided and if you enroll before June 24th you will receive a FREE t shirt.
Camp will be limited to the first 100 campers so get your entries in early.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the 8th. Please share this post so we can get the word out to everyone.

That’s a wrap on the 25-26 season!! Our MS team and Abigail Deubel (ES) competed yesterday on the Bullseye range.

🔥 🎯 Best MS team score: 3220!! 🔥

🔥 McKinlee Boatner led the charge with her PB of 286!
🔥 Jamie Ritter was close behind with her PB of 275!
Kurt Hunnicutt, Kayson George and Kash Walters round out the top 5.
🔥 Jude Gaches hit a PB of 265!
🔥 Emily Harp hit a PB of 264!
🔥 Daxton Anderson hit a PB of 264!
🔥 Mason Gaither hit a PB of 262!
🔥 Aiden Ritter hit a PB of 256!
🔥 Wyatt Leib hit a PB of 249!

Abigail represented the ES team well with a score of 260!! She had a pretty awesome mentor on the range helping her: Addison Boone.

We saw some great competition, shed a few tears, laughed a lot and made this trip one for books!
After competition, we visited the Louisville Slugger Museum and went to the Louisville Bats baseball game. It’s been a great trip, we’ve had a blast!!

🔸Whew!!! It’s been a long fun day!! 🔸

We started the morning off strong with our HS team taking the range. Our archers represented Morris well and had fun doing it!
Addison Boone led the charge with 280.
🔥 Chrissy Wilson hit a PB on the 🎯 range with 274!
Ella Stone and Makenzie Stacy tied with 272.
🔥 Tyler Oglesby hit a PB of 269 rounding out the top 5.
Chrissy Wilson and Addison Boone also held it down on the 3D range for HS while the MS team showed up big!
McKinlee Boatner and Kash Walters tied with 275. Kurt Hunnicutt, Kayson George (PB 🔥 263), and Mason Gaither round out top 5!
🔥 Braxton Lawson hit a PB of 251!
🔥 Wyatt Leib hit a PB of 245!

4️⃣1️⃣2️⃣-I don’t know if any of you have had the honor of watching someone hit a 412……..but we got to witness it today!! Our senior, Jaret West had a great day with a personal best and he managed to hit a 412. Literally! Shot his target number sign. 😂 We laughed, he laughed! It was great!! Proud of Jaret and the whole HS team!!

We finished out the day at Churchill Downs watching some horse races. It was a fun time and we definitely took the opportunity to dress to impress! We got to vote on Best Dressed and would love to have your input too!

We are excited to announce our National qualifiers!!

This achievement reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment our student-athletes have shown throughout the season. It is a tremendous honor to represent Morris Public Schools on this stage and to compete with the best teams and archers in the nation!
