📢 Guest Policy Reminder 📢

We've had several questions about guests, so here's a quick refresher!

✅ Can you bring guests?
Absolutely! Each membership may bring up to 3 guests per visit, and the member is responsible for their guests' conduct while at the pool.

📝 Members and guests must sign in upon arrival.

💲 Bringing more than 3 guests?
Additional guests are welcome for $3 per guest. Guest fees can be:
• Dropped in the payment box at the pool house
• Paid via the QR code located on the sign-in sheet between the bathrooms

🎉 Planning a larger gathering?
Groups of 10 or more people are considered a party and require:
• Approval from a HWRA Board Member
• A $250 party fee

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Please remember: Guests are only permitted when accompanied by the primary membership holder.

⚠️ Pool Safety Reminder:
• No person may enter the pool area and swim alone.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult (18 or older) present to enter the pool grounds.

We are celebrating 55 YEARS of Hatcher Woods Pool this summer and what better way than bringing back some fun old school pool vibes with tshirts made to help keep this place going for future generations.

The very first pool open house was July of 1971… and honestly how cool is it that 55 years later kids are STILL making summer memories here? ❤️

We’re OPEN and ready for summer ☀️💦

The pool is heated to a warm 86 degrees and we still have memberships available! There’s nothing better than pool days, diving board jumps, and making summer memories with your family and friends.

Please allow up to 48 hours after submitting your membership forms, all required documentation, and payment to receive your access code.

☀️ Memorial Weekend & Opening Weekend Lifeguard Hours ☀️

Friday: 2–6 PM
Saturday: 12–4 PM
Sunday: 12–4 PM
Monday: 12–4 PM

During lifeguarded hours, the lifeguards and kids will take a 10 minute break the last 10 minutes of every hour. During that time, the pool will be adult swim only.

Any child swimming in the deep end without parental oversight will be required to complete a swim test with the lifeguard.

Opening Day is TODAY at Hatcher Woods Pool! ☀️🏊‍♀️💙

We are so excited to officially kick off pool season and can’t wait to spend the summer with all of our members and families!

Please note, if you are still submitting membership paperwork or IDs, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your access code once everything has been verified.

We are a volunteer-run pool board with our own jobs, kids, and families, and we are truly doing the best we can to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and support more than you know!

Tomorrow is OPENING DAY at Hatcher Woods Pool! ☀️🏊‍♀️

We are so excited to kick off another summer with our members and neighborhood families! Access codes will be sent out tonight.

Please make sure ALL membership forms and photo IDs have been submitted in order to receive the access code.

• If you emailed your IDs/forms, you will receive the code through email
• If you submitted paper forms or texted your IDs, you will receive the code by text message

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we get organized for the season and we truly look forward to a fun, safe, and amazing summer at the pool 💙

Hatcher Woods Pool Open House! ☀️🏊‍♀️

Come check out the pool on Monday, Memorial Day from 12–2PM! A lifeguard will be on duty and we’d love for you to stop by, see the pool, and decide if you’d like to join us for the summer.

Open to the public during open house hours. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18yrs or older.

If you can’t make it to the open house but would still like to check out the pool, send us a DM and we’d be happy to set up a time for you to come view it!

What makes Hatcher Woods Pool special? ☀️💦
It’s the little things that make summer easy and fun. Members-only access so it never feels overcrowded, keypad entry and security cameras for added safety, plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables to relax, plus you can bring your own snacks and drinks or even order local food right to the pool 🍕🍔
Oh… and we keep the pool heated to a warm 86 degrees 😎

Open daily from dawn to dusk and ready for another great summer 💙

We seriously cannot wait for another summer at Hatcher Woods Pool! Pool days, sunshine, neighborhood friends, and making summer memories are almost here.

If you have not turned in your membership yet, now is the time! Memberships are limited and we are getting closer and closer to opening day.
