Holy cow what a beautiful night to play a ballgame!!!! It’s an honor and privilege to watch our play and compete. The only thing I miss with it, being on the field with them 😉. Goods, Bads, not so greats…and the GREATS it’s always enjoyable. What’s even better…how they interact with each other. Competing hard in the moment, and making sure they say good bye to each other afterwards…ALL in a days work. AND YES…special shoutout to my guy Connor The dude came in, let up a hit…then went to work like he does. Got a double play ball, carved up a few batters…shoved in fast forward for 2 innings!!! Stopping some bleeding after a few innings in a row, and TOTALLY changed the dynamic of the game. To the “clowns” 100’ behind home plate…you do it for a “living”…next time actually prove you do instead of placating to your own needs. Just sayin’!!!!! And yes I didn’t mayoral thing and almost saw all the families too 🙏🏼. Good Stuff!!!!

Why?!?! Why do we give ourselves excuses to take “MORE” time off? Accountability much?!?? Oh yeah parents YOU ALLOW it!!!! You think your athlete is “tired?” NO your athlete doesn’t go to bed at a reasonable hour. Your athlete doesn’t eat enough let alone well enough. Your athlete doesn’t get off the phone and focus on recovery. Your athlete would rather play video games or hang with friends. So for the ❤️ of God don’t tell me they need time off because the season was so taxing. This is FOR everyone!!!!! (Those listed on it, it’s because I like you guys and girls 😉). BUT seriously from about 4th grade through college…training is with purpose and intent. Whether it be in, pre, post, or off-seasons there is SOMETHING to get done. Quit the delays. Good Stuff!!!!

The Championships, Accolades, and Praises…are all a Reflection of how hard all the work. Another post that shares too many athlete that I can’t even “tag” all of them. Hours on Hours of work…and yes some lazy stints too ☺️. But the kids you see…young adults as well…WORK and aren’t afraid of WORK. Challenging themselves as well as being more than Coachable. Whether it’s a 4th Grade Ship or an old-timer one that I get with EVERY ONE of them COUNT!!!! It’s with you forever. Some athletes NEVER get one!!!! We have some athletes here that it’s a rarity they don’t!!!! We have athletes shared that pull upsets over the big nasties. Other athletes whom work harder than most, yet maybe have gotten overlooked, bc he or she didn’t look “the part.” And guess what they are some of the BEST in the State. Others choose smaller schools bc they want to enjoy playing still rather than it be a full-time job. In the end it’s not just the wins and plaques and posts…it’s the WORK that molds them ALL. Congrats as always to some awesome athletes. Good Stuff!!!!

Dad Moment Time: ☺️. 1. Lo got super stoked last summer year when he was asked to play for Why?! Because his big brother plays for them and their National team. Soooo Lo gets a chance to feel like his big brother and excited to follow him. 2. Dad/Parent beef…club/travel on ALL fronts is insane. Doesn’t just go for Lax…this is baseball, softball, soccer, baseketball, field hockey…all absolutely insane. People have heard me state this…yet it almost HAS to be done. Programs almost force ya to have to do something. Sooooo find one that DEVELOPS your athlete, NOT just “plays.” Watch a bit of practice (don’t stay the whole time, let your athlete have his/her time) Ask your son/daughter what they do or did. Don’t be a helicopter parent, but be informed and ask the coaches how they develop and teach. Pay attention to how or when they coach your son/daughter up. THOSE are the important aspects. YES COMPETE!!!!! Also DEVELOP!!!! 3. Lastly…yesterday was “new” uni hand out…Lo was over the moon for his new stuff. I wish I got a pic of his smile when we pulled them outta the bag. He was excited and saying happy/positive/elated statement. Showing pure joy and excitement for something. It was a nice moment. Be excited for your kids too!!!! No BS, when I would get handed a camp Tshirt, it was a big deal. Soooo yeah get excited for this stuff!!!!! Good Stuff!!!!

Start Date 6/22 and will run through August till Labor Day. SAVE this…and stay in tune with the IG story as things sometimes change due to needs and vacations. Mon: 10/12/4

Thurs: 10/12/4
Fri: 10/12
Sat: 9am (tbd weekly…we typically alternate weekends) THIS is our APG Schedule. Athlete Performance Groups. Our Individual Training still stays scheduled personally. Our Team Training is still scheduled separately. I will also be adding our “Girls Only Flag Groups”, “Young Speed Development”, and possibly a couple of other Mini-Camps. So stay tuned!!! Summer is a GREAT Time…so get involved!!!! Good Stuff!!!!!

DON’T get Lost in the Moment!!!! BE IN THE Moment!!!! KNOW your approach, confidence, beliefs, rules, and control what you can control. Life moves faster than ever…and guess what when you age, it’s a freeway going 90!!!! When you’re young things are firing, moving and grooving. So control it and practice controlling it. Your efforts are determined by the work you put in prior to those efforts. 1000% we will make mistakes!!!! But let those mistakes be physical not mental. Let those mistakes just be that. Then wipe them off. I’ll be honest 🏈made it easy to turn around quick. ⚾️🥎 not so much. BUT that’s the awesome part. Work and put IN WORK so that you know how to clear it. Back story…I know it’s not 95+ but the guy out there is awesome and is one of the best you’ll find anywhere. We see each other here at home, on the road, and sometimes even as teammates 😉. Outside of maybe 3-4 times he’s hit me (lol) we have some good abs. This one topped it…18 pitch AB!!!!! Yup 18!!!!! Finishing with me having a slicing line drive single to right center. He got me one before on a pop out…as I don’t win them all. BUT that will be a moment we have for years to come. Control what you can Control!!!! Good Stuff!!!

Let me give it to you straight forward!!!!! It CONTINUES for a LONG Time…if you want it to. In the moment, that last out. Maybe your last game. Graduating, Prom, maybe you’re blessed and worked to play beyond. BUT it continues. Way too many people…including parents say there best times “were!” Hopefully your best times are “ALWAYS” going forward. Heck yeah moments and times to remember and cherish. BUT make new ones. Continue to be genuine and grow!!!! Heck I’m full on the Lax tank of games…I’ve watched I don’t know how many, BUT we have State Playoffs for G and showcase time recruiting. For L we go into summer tourney season!!!! So yeah I’ll get more, but those are moments to see something special. I can tell you how every football game I played felt. Maybe the exact stats dwindle a bit as I age in remembering…but I can tell you details of every game I have ever played!!!! That includes the maybe slightly concussed (more than slightly in a few) ones!!!! Hells yeah I ❤️ that time. Maybe even took it for granted a bit. But those weren’t the best only…just a precursor to what is a great chance at Life. Soooooooo my post your moments…soak it up…shed a tear and look great doing it…but just know WE are building for a Lifetime of Times!!!! Good Stuff!!!!

SHARE Please 👍🏼😉🙏🏼 was Built From the Ground Up. Wasn’t given or handed over. I re-branded during Covid and took advantage of my life skills and path. I ❤️ what I do. I don’t go to work…I live what I was meant to live helping Athletes get to his/her goals. Heck I lead TEAMS too!!!! Build Leaders!!! Build amazing Humans!!!!! Of ALL ages too!!! Correct, we are not for everyone. YOU have to want to make some type of difference as an athlete. No babysitting or “keeping busy.” It’s genuine is all aspects!!!! Conversations, accountability, expectations…all laid out from the lead in conversation to the day you stop training with us (yeah there is a day). You will never not be part of the FTSfamily!!! You will never NOT be thought of and supported. It’s a pleasure to lead this crew as the Chief. So spread the work people!!!! Good Stuff!!!!

Not a throwback…not a flash up…it’s a Dimi!!!!! He’s a young athlete that’s the epitome of what is about. AND he’s eye to eye with me now!!!!!! WTF!!!! From training with us for YEARS now!!! From a few inches below my chest to eye level. To seeing him be quiet and reserved, into a big talker and communicator. To just overall becoming not only an amazing soccer player, but a GREAT KID. He works his tail off on the pitch, he plays basketball because he likes it (and is good)…but the best part….he just is awesome. Great Family too!!!!! I may be biased because of the Greek brethren, but in reality it’s because they are my Good Stuff!!!!
