About a week ago I had the honor of working with the Morrilton High School Band 🥰
They were amazing! It always warms my heart when I have the opportunity to work with teens who are kind, attentive, and respectful. It gives me hope for our future! 💕💕💕
Thank you to the Morrilton High School band director, Mr. Andrews, and to Shannon Autrey for having me and seeing the importance of taking care of our minds and bodies 🤍✨

Edit: THURSDAY UPDATE!!! The taproom will open today at 4p, with our friends from Peace of Mine Yoga joining us on tomorrow, June 19th at 5:15. Chilled wine, unique summertime beers available, and DJ Landon spinning at 7p!

Previous Message: We will have modified hours of operation on Thursday for a private event. No yoga this week, and the taproom will open back up that day at 6p. Friday we're jamming with our dude DJ Landon on the patio, then join us on Father's Day with a special gift for the dads and a wing special! Cheers! 🍻

Good morning, friends!
Are you an educator?! Just trying to make it through the month of May?? I feel ya, and I want to offer a “thank you” for all that you do. If you’re in education in any way come yoga with us for $5 this week.
I see you, and I know you work so hard and give so much 💜
We have our monthly sip n stretch this Thursday at 5:15💞
We’ll meet in the parlor at Point Remove Brewing Company. You can sip or not sip! Totally up to you. Either way we’re still going to stretch 😉

Looking forward to rolling out our mats and taking that first deep breath 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏼🙌🏼

In Little Rock, Arkansas, incarcerated youth are learning they are more than just their mistakes.

Hear what lead facilitator, Lo Patt has to share-
“Through the practice of yoga, students start to expand. Aligning with the practice, they steadily build awareness and connection between their mind, body, and spirit.

Many of these young people have experienced profound trauma and may have never had healthy coping strategies modeled for them. Eventually, I see even the most guarded students learn something as simple and powerful as closing their eyes and placing a hand over their heart.

It is powerful to witness our trauma impacted youth, especially Black youth, who are disproportionately incarcerated, experiencing even a moment of joy, restoration, or self-confidence. Many of the students I teach also navigate learning challenges and have been repeatedly discouraged from trying. In our classes, we create space to rebuild that trust and effort.”
