We Love Our Gym. We Love Our People.

Recently, two wedding rings were lost at our gym. BOTH were found and turned in by our amazing members.

That may seem like a small thing, but to us, it says so much about the kind of people we have in our gym family. Honesty, integrity, and looking out for one another.

We’re so thankful for a community where people do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Good people make a great gym, and we’ve got some of the BEST!

Competitive member listen up…

We are making some changes to our board of men and woman representing Southside’s Strongest. We are giving everyone the opportunity to be at the top of the class in their weight division. We will be excepting all videos of your overall best lifts in each category, while being a member of our gym. (Only currently active members can participate) whether your best bench press, squat, dead lift, or curl was done now or years ago, as long as it was done within our walls it has the chance to be put up. This also applies to the pull-up category.

Disclaimer, if multiple lifts get sent in for the same weight class, the most weight moved or most pull-ups will be the one displayed.

With the classes being divided up by weight, please be honest about the weight you are in the video we are being lenient for some of these submissions may be from years ago.
