You are the first to know - PiYo Live will be coming to Beachbody on Demand!! They will only be doing 30 minutes of the 1 hour workout - but what a cool way to add more to your schedules!! Also - love the classes so much more then the DVDs - now you can see why!! :) Now YOU can be a PiYo Gangster in your own home!!!

Oh my heck you guys! So - I sprained my toe! Lol! Such a silly thing but I can not hold a plank to save my life or 80% of the PiYo moves so I am going to have to put class on hold this week! Hopefully we can jump back in it next week! Seriously so sorry! What a silly injury!
