🇺🇲💪 Sign up for the Bench Press will be 11:30a-12:30p uptown on the 4th and we will get things started by 1p. We will do the same as last year and have five age groups starting at 12y and going to 30+. We will have four weights to pick from 95lbs, 135lbs, 185lbs, & 225lbs.. Pick what you want to Bench and get as many reps as you can!
