Resolutions mostly fail because they are too big, too drastic, and too unrealistic to hold up to real life's daily challenges. If your goals this year involve some kind of fitness, whether it be running, triathlon, weightlifting, or movement, I can help. For over 13 years I've coached every level of athlete from the former overweight couch potato 💪🏼to athletes who completed the World Marathon Challenge. 🏃(7 marathons in 7 days on 7 continents) I can help you. During times of high stress it's easy to fall into self destructive and unhealthy behaviors. Focus on self care however you define that. Maybe it's working out, going for a walk, listening to soothing music, having coffee with friends, therapy, or prayer. All of the above works for me. Some days we just do what we can to keep the monsters at bay. Be kind to yourself today.
