Looking for the final piece in my Wenoka Knife collection

I have 5 of the 6 Wenoka diving knives but i need help finding the last one its a Wenoka Japan 1993 “50 Years of Scuba Diving History” commemorative dive knives, and I’m trying to identify the missing 0178 variant.

If anyone has information, photos, or documentation confirming the 0178 version, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
