WE ARE OPEN! We have reopened for all regular classes today, Tuesday 1/27/26. Travel conditions are still less than optimal, so please don't hesitate to schedule a make up day if you're not able to make it in today.

UPDATE! CLOSED FOR SNOW DAY MONDAY 1/26/26, REOPENING TUESDAY 1/27/26 FOR ALL CLASSES

WVGTC will reopen on Tuesday, 1/27/26 for all regularly scheduled recreational classes and team practice. We will update our website and social media in the event of any changes.

SNOW DAY! ALL CLASSES CANCELLED MONDAY, 1/26/26

All WVGTC classes and team practice on Monday, January 26th have been cancelled due to travel complications from the Winter storm. We will update our website and social media as soon as we are able to confirm whether classes can be held on Tuesday 1/27/26. Stay tuned for updates!

We are so excited to welcome everyone back to WVGTC in 2026! Recreational classes are finally back in session as of Friday 1/2/26, and will continue every week through mid-May with the exception of our Mountaineer Classic home meet weekend 2/20/26-2/22/26.

Take a moment to check page two of our Class Schedule for exact dates of the four classes included with each month's tuition, as well as the scheduled Make Up Day for each month.

While we don't expect any Winter weather cancellations this season, take a moment to check our new posts here as well as your email for any schedule changes before heading our way, and give us a call to schedule a Make Up Day if you're snowed in. Changes to our office hours will be updated on Google but do not reflect class schedules - we'll email all affected families ASAP in the event of a class cancellation.

Hello, December! ⛄️

We're back to our full schedule of classes this afternoon and will continue through our final recreational classes of 2025 on Monday, December 22nd. A quick reminder to our Saturday families, there are no recreational classes on December 13th during our 2025 Seasons Greetings meet.

Our Thanksgiving break begins this Thursday, November 27th!

We are open and active for all classes today as well as tomorrow, Wednesday 11/26/25.

We will not be holding recreational classes from Thursday 11/27/25 through Saturday 11/29/25, and will return on Monday 12/1/25.

Ready or not, the holiday season is almost here! While you're planning vacations and finding the right turkey, take a moment to check out our upcoming class and make up day schedules so you won't miss a thing.

We allow for one recreational make up class per month, typically on one of the Make Up Days listed on page 2 of our schedule, and require 30 day written notice for drops. Whether it's travel planning or a rough day in flu season, our office is ready to help with scheduling at (304)292-5559.
