Has it been a while and you want to do Pilates again? I'm offering a free class Monday (Labor Day) at 9am (sleeping in compared to the regular 7:15am class). Join us! Please let me know if you'll be coming to help me plan for the appropriate props. Open to new and experienced students! We'll be at Black Cat MMA in the Morgantown Mall.

It's been a long summer so far, with far less movement than I'm used to. Lyme Disease has been rough. But, I'm back teaching the morning class, Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:15! Thanks to my regulars for sticking with me when I've been so inconsistent! It feels great to be back (and it feels obvious that I haven't been doing Pilates as much as I should!) Want to join us next week? Beginners and experienced studnets are welcome!
