💪Introducing: Legacy Warriors

A strength and mobility program designed for individuals 60+ who are ready to get started, stay consistent, and continue building strength for life.

This is a 6-month program created to help you build a routine and give your body the time it needs to truly see and feel progress.

Legacy Warriors will be led by Coach , who does an incredible job meeting people where they are, listening to their needs, and helping them move forward with confidence and purpose.

Our first class begins 🗓️ May 5th! While that’s our official start date, your 6-month commitment can begin at any time. However, we are limiting this to just 10 spots to ensure each individual gets the attention and coaching they deserve.

Strength doesn’t wait until you feel “ready.” It starts when you decide to begin.

We all experience the “rookie jitters” when something is unfamiliar and new, but what if we said, “that’s the whole point?!”

We understand - you may not know anyone, you aren’t quite sure what to expect, and you’re feeling vulnerable. But, that’s exactly what it’s supposed to feel like when you are choosing change. 🫶

These are all the feelings we experience when in a position of growth, and that’s why we wanted to share others stories of their beginnings who started in the same spot.

And every single one of these members have now been with us for 5+ years. 💪

So, if you’re wondering if our FIT program is for you or something you can commit to, read more about these individuals and their stories. You might just find a little piece of yourself in them!

Because you can only say “I’ll start when I’m ready” for so long. You often have to start for all of the pieces to fall into place.

🙌🏻Team training—no matter how you’re involved here, whether through group training or semi-private—is at the heart of what we do.

We believe when you have the right environment, the right people pushing you, and the willingness to grow and learn, anything is possible.

So many of our Warriors have met some of their best friends here!! How cool is that?!? 🥹

We all need people in our corner who are doing what we’re doing - working towards building a stronger and healthier life.

And on those days when you keep hitting snooze or your couch is calling after a long day, your people matter. You check the class list. You see them on it.

So you show up—for you, and for them.

FIT is our 6-week beginner strength program designed to help you:

Meet Coach Caitlin! ! We are celebrating a year of her officially being a Warrior Body Coach and we are so grateful for the positive energy she brings to our community! 🥳

Caitlin is a 2024 Grad from WVU’s Coaching and Performance Science program. She initially connected with Warrior Body as an exec team member of idk the username , and loved coming to Warrior Body each semester to get in an awesome workout that challenged her in an intentional way.

Caitlin completed the internship program last winter, shadowing Micki and other coaches while sharpening her coaches eye and practicing cueing. This past summer, she did the cohort & passed her certification in January.

Caitlin is involved in the Morgantown Running community as a ambassador, coach, and most recently founder of her own program, Stronger Runner. She loves to work with runners and athletes of all ages and ability levels, empowering them to appreciate the journey of becoming the best version of themselves💪🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

As a lifelong athlete herself, Caitlin knows the positive impact that movement has on her life, and loves to share that with others. She loves being apart of a team, and strives to create that atmosphere in every class she coaches and attends.

At Warrior Body, Caitlin is a semi private and group training coach and leads the Stronger Runner program If she’s not taking class, going for a run, or coaching, you can find her on a walk with her dogs🐶, reading a book, or going on an adventure with friends!🌅

Come train with Caitlin throughout the week or reach out to learn more about semi-private training! She’s a dedicated coach who’s always growing and is passionate about helping her clients feel capable, move well, and show up at their best. 💪🏻

🙌🏻Our Spring FIT (Foundations in Training) program begins Monday, April 27th and registration opens THIS Monday!

It’s the perfect opportunity for a fresh beginning!

Our FIT program is for you if:
👉🏻You don’t know where to begin
👉🏻Want guidance, structure, and support
👉🏻You want to start feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally (because that is the impact movement and community can have).

This is a beginner focused strength program that is coach-led in a small group environment!

Classes are led by Coach and will take place on Monday and Wednesday’s at 5:30pm and will run for 6 weeks!

👋Meet Coach Katrina L. Gallagher ! Both Warrior coach and our resident Health Coach! Katrina holds both her certification along with her FDN (Functional Diagnostic Nutrition) certification!

🙌🏻 She brings so much knowledge to the table, and more importantly, she cares deeply about helping people actually apply it in a way that improves their everyday lives.

“Warrior Body isn’t just a gym or a place to get stronger physically. It’s a place to work on every aspect of health and wellness. Part of that journey is exploring new skills and movements and building a whole new confidence in what we’re capable of, both physically and mentally.

So many of us have been told false stories our whole lives about what we can’t do or what we’re not capable of. We’ve been living with limiting ideas put into our heads by other people in our lives or just society in general. My favorite part of being a Warrior Body Coach is seeing people discover the truth about what they can do and overcome all of the negative voices in their heads.

Building physical confidence leads to increased confidence in every area of life. Getting stronger and healthier is empowering and that seeps into every aspect of who we are. Helping people do things they never thought they could do is my favorite part of being a coach. Warrior Body is a wonderful community full of coaches and members ready to support you as you build new confidence and crush new goals!”

💪Katrina currently coaches our Monday 8:30am class and Wednesday at 4:30! You’ll find her in the Saturday 9am rotation once a month as well!
