Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art which was deeply influenced by traditional Karate and evolved to engage the whole of a practitioner's body to generate power.

It's been a while, but we're excited to announce our re-opening in Morgantown! We're partnering with BOPARC to bring you Tae Kwon Do classes for all levels, ages 8+, on Mondays & Thursdays!

Just a reminder that I'll be in DC for the Black Belt test tomorrow, so Ashley will be running class at Morgantown Power Yoga. 1:00 PM, and free to any students currently enrolled. Go out and get a great workout in!
