NOTICE!!! EDITED...Deep Creek Road starting at Morgan Valley Dr. Will be opened Saturday and Sunday, then closed again Monday and possibly Tuesday. They are resurfacing the pavement. You WILL NOT be able to access your properties during the closed days.

Just a friendly reminder... Now that new keys have been issued, please be sure to be conscientious of who comes through the gate. Please DO NOT permit anyone to come through the gate without having their own key. There was an incident this past weekend where an unknown male requested to come through the gate stating he was just meeting up with his party. Passing land owners were concerned and deputies were called to investigate what was considered a tresspassing violation. The male stated he had been up in the ranch 4 or 5 years ago but didn't know where he was going. If someone approaches you to allow them passage through the gate, kindly decline the request and let them know they will need to wait for the lot owner(s) to meet them at the gate for access. Thank you.

The New Lock has been officially installed. Please be aware that some of the new keys may have a little bit of difficulty removing them from the lock. We expect as it gets frequent use that it will be easier to pull the key from the lock. PLEASE DO NOT spray any kind of lubricants, oils, or fluids of any kind in the lock. This can damage the lock and cause it to be unusable. If you haven't picked up your key's yet please reach out to Kris Christensen 801-599-3567 and he can notify you of the status of your key's and pickup location. Let's all be responsible and take personal care of the gate, lock, roads, trash, speed, etc. We are all very fortunate to have the property to enjoy with loved ones.

The New Deep Creek Gate Keys are here. The lock will be changed on July 13th. Kris Christensen has keys for owners who live along the Wasatch Front his number is (801) 599-3567. If you live along the Wasatch Back, then Jerry Pierce has key's for those owners. Jerry's number is 801-829-5457. Call, or send a text to those respective numbers. Please DO NOT SEND A FACEBOOK MESSAGE as they may get missed. Key's are $15.00 EACH and prefer payment by check made payable to Deep Creek Ranch Association.
