Brethren CrossFit was established in 2008 by the founders Lee and Shante Pappas. Based in Morgan Hill, CA, our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all fitness levels. Founder Lee Pappas is a CrossFit Certified Coach who holds an additional tier-two Olympic Lifting Certification. He has been in the fitness industry for 15 years and has taken an extensive role in developing sev

eral CrossFit Certified Trainers. Lee has built a well renowned global competitive team representing Brethren CrossFit. Our Brethren team competed at the CrossFit Games 2009/2011, as well as the CrossFit Northern California Regionals 2011/2012/2013, ranking them top 10 in the region. Our difference is that we take pride in making fitness fun, while delivering the results of a world-class strength and conditioning facility. Infusing fun into fitness is our way of making fitness a lifestyle.
