We had excellent seabass fishing today. The electric chicken and the custom brown/black were the hottest two colors today. We tried out a few other colors today as well that we haven’t shown anybody yet. I was extremely happy with one of them. Get down to Sportsmans Wholesale and pick yours up. The 3 ounce wreck havocs are perfect for all bottom fish from about 130 feet and in.

We’ve sea bass fished a couple days lately and it’s been pretty amazing. The wreck havocs have been the bait of choice by far. They are catching the bigger class of fish over the guys using bucktails and chicken rigs, and they last forever. We are going to make a small order of custom wreck havocs. They will be the burnt orange, and the black/brown. These are two of my favorite colors. Each one of these has to be done individually by hand so we have never sold any before. Send me a message if anyone wants any. They will be 12.00 each. We also have added some new sizes and colors to the line-up this year. They will be in stores hopefully by the end of the month. All the Sportsmans Wholesale stores will have them, and through their wholesale division they will be in about fifty more stores this year already.

The fishing has been excellent the last few days. They are definitely eating the casted jigs much better than anything trolled. There is a lot of fish around right now and the bait is thick near the inlets. This fall should be exceptional from the sand. We’ve also caught a couple little albies mixed in with the Spanish. I haven’t been posting much on here lately but the fishing has been pretty good. We’ve been catching them by casting and trolling the blitz jigs. Look at the size of the fish in the first two pictures, it ate a 1oz blitz jig in the electric chicken color.

We were able to slip out the other day and do some seabass fishing with the wreck havocs. They caught limits of nice seabass and some very nice chocolate chips on the jigs. I don’t think they caught a single ringtail the whole trip on jigs. We never went deeper than 9 fathoms. Get down to Sportsmans Wholesale and pick yours up. It won’t be long until the bonito and Spanish are here. They have all the blitz jigs in stock also.
