This is a tough one for all of us as parents. I struggled personally allowing my first to experience struggle. I was better on the second and third. But it is through struggle we build resiliency. It’s ok to allow your child to work through the process if they are safe and cared for while doing so.

Our goal is to place athletes where they can be safe and successful while receiving the coaching they need to continue to grow. Thank you to our many parents for trusting us.
