We are a private movement studio and wellness boutique focused on restorative alignment, proper form, full body awareness, and breath.

We believe movement is medicine and should nourish and transform our bodies and minds, leaving us feeling more grounded and rejuvenated after a session.

I wanted to say how thankful I am for every single one of you. This studio wouldn’t be here without your love and support and I am so beyond grateful.

We couldn’t wait any longer!🎄Who else is already decorated and ready for christmas?! Some exciting updates below:

Our mat room mirrors are expected to FINALLY arrive and be installed this week! Classes will cap out at 6 to start to make sure everyone gets hands on correction and attention to alignment. Packages and booking info coming soon!

Our new booking site and website is almost complete and ready to launch for easier and quicker booking.

We are welcoming some new instructors to our team who you will absolutely LOVE!!
We are still looking for one more certified pilates instructor to join our team💚 If you or anyone you know is interested have them email [email protected]!

Our wellness boutique is fully stocked and will be available to purchase both in studio and online.

We are growing!!

I am so excited to finally share the big news! We are moving the studio into a bigger location BUT you don’t have to go far- it’s just a few doors down from our current studio. You can find us at 814 Arendell street later this month.

We are expanding to still offer the same private and duet sessions you all know and love, as well as adding mat classes, additional luxury amenities (stay tuned for the reveal!), and a few exciting surprises we have launching in the next few weeks. (Hint: there is nothing like it in Carteret County until now)

I will be giving sneak peaks into the new space this next week as we transform the studio and I can’t wait for you all to see it! More details on grand opening and booking coming soon!!! 🍾💚

We FINALLY got our Combo Chair in this past week along with - I hope y’all are just as obsessed with these new additions as I am! 🎉

We also replaced our springs so you may notice certain moves feeling a little spicier than normal🔥

We will be switching over our booking system soon (easier and quicker booking) so be on the lookout for more updates on that and some more exciting things coming in the next few months!
