All American Wrestling Academy (AAWA) Youth Wrestling Registrations are now available!!

Newly formed, All American Wrestling Academy (AAWA) is owned and operated by Jeff Ollestad. We are offering a youth wrestling program on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting January 5th and ending April 1st.

What is All American Wrestling Academy?

AAWA is the friendly coaches you might already know if you joined our youth program last season at the High School. We have made the decision to separate our program from the school to avoid scheduling conflicts with the use of the wrestling room. Our private facility gives us much more program flexibility and the ability to offer more wrestling opportunities for area youth. We are located North of Mora near Knife Lake.

Attn parents: Due to recommendations from MN USA wrestling Mora will not be participating in the dual against Ogilvie on Saturday, March 14th.

Great opportunity for our girl wrestlers or any other girls interested in getting into the sport! Car pooling can be arranged!!

Thursday evening Girl’s Only wrestling practice kicks off next week from 6-7 PM at St John’s University!!! We are super lucky to have 3 extremely accomplished women working with our program: Rachael Presler, Chelynne Nadeau and Teshya Alo... it doesn’t get any better than this! Cost is $40/month, and registration is now open!

We had our end of the year party tonight! It was a lot of fun!!

We had a takedown tournament and it was fun to see all the kids cheering each other on and using the skills they have learned!

Thank you for allowing us to coach your children, it is our hope that they have fallen in love with wrestling and will be back next season!

Reminder that tonight is our last practice!! *unless you will be participating in the youth dual on the 14th

We will be having pizza, handing out t-shirts and taking pictures and finish with playing games!!

🚨🚨🚨 We will not be in the regular wrestling room tonight! We will be in the Jr High Wrestling room, which is down the hallway from the regular practice room. (For those that are familiar it is the old weight room). Instead of turning to go down the hallway continue straight then take a right and the room is there. We will have people in the hallway to help direct people. 🚨 🚨 🚨
