And with that, the 2025/2026 ski season comes to a close.

Our trails are officially closed for the season, as the remaining snow is minimal and the ground is soft and warm. The trails are open to walk on. We’d like to extend a huge THANK YOU to our incredible volunteers who keep our trails in tip-top shape all season long.

We look forward to the 2026/2027 ski season and can’t wait to see all the skiers again! Happy trails!

To the volunteers, board members, timers, coordinators, vendors, sponsors, announcers, spectators, city officials and workers, snow farmers, groomers, Kranskullas, and, of course, the incredible skiers who took to the trails in Mora this weekend, we want to say a huge THANK YOU. It is because of you that the 2026 Vasaloppet USA was a huge success.
