Reminder that we will have adjusted hours this holiday weekend:
- Friday, September 4th: 8 am - 3 pm
- Saturday, September 5th: 8 am - 1 pm
- Sunday, September 6th & Monday, September 7th: CLOSED
- Tuesday, September 8th: Normal Hours

As schedules get busier with back-to-school routines, one of the best things you can do is plan your workouts before the week begins.

Take a few minutes each Sunday to look at your calendar and block out time to move your body, just like you would any other important appointment. When it's already on your schedule, you're more likely to show up for yourself.

A little planning goes a long way. Your future self will thank you. 💙
