Registration is now open for the Moorhead Dance Team Fall Kids Clinic!

This year’s clinic will have a slightly different format due to the school calendar and the timing of our first home football game.

📅 Wednesday, September 9th: 4:30–6:00 p.m. at the MHS Fieldhouse
Dancers will warm up and stretch with the team, learn new skills, and practice this year’s halftime routine.

🏈 Friday Game Night (September 11th):
Drop your dancer off with us at 6:00 p.m. before the game begins. We’ll review the routine during the first half before performing at halftime!

✨ Performance shirt is included with registration.

Open to PreK–6th grade dancers.

Season length runs August 11-October

The Moorhead Dance Team is looking for an Assistant Coach for the upcoming winter season.

We’re looking for a current or former dancer who can focus on either:

* Technique (leaps, turns, jumps, and overall dance technique)
or
* Strength & conditioning, flexibility, and endurance.

Details:
• 2–3 practices per week
• Practices are typically held between 4:00–6:00 p.m.

✨Meet our new Fall Coach, Nova! ✨

Nova started dancing at BAS Studios at 5 years old and also spent 11 years in gymnastics, finishing her career as a Level 9 gymnast. Throughout her dance career, she has earned this year’s StarQuest Title, a UDA National Hip Hop Championship, and multiple studio national championship titles.

Nova also danced for the Hawley Dance Team, qualifying for the Minnesota State Tournament in both Varsity Jazz and Varsity Kick.

She is excited to join the Moorhead Dance Team this fall and looks forward to sharing her passion for dance and acro while helping athletes grow in both skill and confidence throughout the season.

Our Fall Team is open to 7-12th graders at all levels of dance experience. The team will practice 3 days a week and perform at all home football games.
