This week, weâre highlighting Rob.
Nearly 3 years ago, Rob was approaching 60 and hadnât exercised since his 20s. He wanted to stay healthy enough to travel, enjoy life, and spend meaningful time with his grandkidsâbut he didnât know where to start.
And like a lot of people, he was nervous to even walk into a gym.
âI didnât want to be embarrassed by working out in front of people that were fitter than I was.â
Now, after more than 350 workouts at Rise, Rob says:
âI am much stronger, have better balance and flexibility, and have been much healthier and lighter to travel and play with my grandchildren.â
