Dr. Karla Wolford- Evolve Movement and Performance Dr. Karla is a specialist in Sports Medicine and DMI (pediatric movement therapy). She enjoys helping people evolve their movement and help their performance

Dr. Karla Wolford hails from Barnesville, Minnesota. She graduated magna cm laude from Concordia College in Moorhead with majors in biology and exercise physiology. Dr. Karla also holds a master's degree in sports science and rehabilitation from Missouri's Logan University. She obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Dr. Karla's career choice was greatly i

nfluenced by her own experience with chiropractic care as a high school and college athlete. Dr. Karla continues to participate in a wide variety of sports throughout the year and has worked with the medical staff at major athletic events across the United States. She currently works as the Sports Chiropractor with USA Beach Volleyball and USA Track and Field.

We had the opportunity to work with this amazing, sweet, and strong young lady this summer in a 2-week DMI intensive. She made some great progress here and continues to progress at home with Mom.

DMI is a therapeutic approach designed to improve motor skills, postural control, and neuroplasticity in children with motor delays or neurological conditions.

By placing children in carefully selected positions and movement challenges, DMI encourages active responses, improved control, and new motor skills. The goal isn’t to move your child for them—it’s to create the challenge that encourages their body to respond.
