The B.B.A.R collet fixture (barrels, bolts, and receivers). These are some pictures of the new style of fixture I have available now.

The new design allows it the ability to accept shorter bolts, obviously making it more versatile. For bolt work it can can be used a couple different ways. One being between centers and the other with the bolt nose facing out to perform work on it.

It is intended to be used in a four jaw chuck which is used to make the radial adjustments. The angular adjustments are made with for screws on the face.

Pricing is as follows:
-with three collets $900
-with two collets $825
-with one collet $740

Having the three collets I supply allows for holding 1.200", 1.250" barrels, bolts and receivers. It can be ordered with any of the collets you'd like.

I wanted to show some pictures of some tooling I use (B.B.A.R).

It allows for a ridgid and stress free setup and alignment of barrels, bolts, and receivers. Which are key to maintaining precision machining.
