We are a traditional yoga studio located in downtown Mooresville, dedicated to our clients health and wellness. We offer many different styles of traditional yoga, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Gentle / Restorative. We provide a variety of bodywork including Swedish, Deep Tissue / NMT, and Pregnancy massages. We have enhancements such as Cupping, Guasha, and Hot Stones as well as Kinesio taping. Finally we offer individual Thai Yoga sessions.

It’s been almost a month since our last day. It’s been busy for Rachel and I, taking care of all the necessary “stuff”. But we both wanted to once again for the and and community that was Your Karma. Life is an ever changing movie reel of happiness and heartache. How could we ever appreciate the light without the darkness. Both are the OM SHANTI and NAMASTE.
