Before joining Alloy, Roz had the equipment at home. What she was missing was accountability.
By making a commitment to herself and showing up just twice a week, she’s become stronger, moves more easily, and has gained the confidence to keep doing the things she loves.
Her goal was simple: she didn’t want to be old and fragile.
As Roz puts it: “I can still be old, but I ain’t fragile, honey.”
