Congratulations to our Ninja of the Month, Emma! Emma has been training with us for about eight years, and it has been incredible watching her grow into the sweet, caring, and hard-working young lady she is today. Her ninja journey has taken her from a little girl just starting out to an advanced athlete competing at a very high level.

Emma is also part of our Junior Coaching Program and does an amazing job helping with our Ninja Tots. Her patience, positivity, and leadership make her a great role model for our younger ninjas.

April 1st, 2023, we took possession of a white box and named it the Ninja Fitness Zone, we opened for business 46 days days later on May 15th. We are so blessed to be celebrating our 3 year anniversary and grateful for our amazing ninja families for their support. We love what we do and will continue to “Change lives one obstacle at a time”. 🫶🏼

Calling all future ninjas!

Join our Mini Ninjas Class for ages 18 months–3 years! Our current session runs on Tuesdays from 10:30–11:00am now through June 16th.

This class is the perfect way for little ones to build confidence, gross motor skills, balance, and have tons of fun!
