Meet Michelle!

She’s one of our members and also the owner of Awake 405, right behind the gym at 1200 NW 12th st.

Michelle worked in the health care field when she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She decided to get out of the heath care field and do something she always wanted to do, and Awake 405 was born.

The shop specializes in energy drinks, mostly made with Rockstar energy drinks and protein shakes using ON protein.

We always try to support and push local as much as possible. Come check her shop out, show her your Four Star Fitness keycard and your energy drink or protein shake will be FREE of charge up until 1:00 pm today, Four Star Fitness will pick up the tab.

Hey all!

First off, we wanted to give everyone a pro tip. The Mexican restaurant is not open on Mondays, so those annoying parking signs don’t apply on Mondays 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Secondly, we wanted to get everyone’s opinion. As the gym has grown we’ve tried really hard to keep adding in more equipment to keep up with demand. Now we’re eyeballing the cardio area.

Would you guys rather have the supplement store or more cardio? We really don’t make anything on the supplements, we did that so you could have the benefit of easy supp access. Now there’s a supplement store in the shopping center though, so it does give us options so we want to leave it up to you guys.

Would you rather have more cardio added in or would you rather keep the supplement store?

The worlds first unmanned AI supplement store is now open!

This has been about a 6 month project, the company had never done a supplement store, mostly just major league stadiums and airports. The concept fit perfectly for a 24 hour gym in my opinion, now here we are.
