⭐️Meet our Member of the Month, Toni! ⭐️ Toni has been a consistent member of ours this year and has taken almost 100 classes! If you are a new person that walks in, Toni is never too shy to say hello and always makes you feel welcome. Here’s what Toni had to say about her time here at Launch so far.

“I enjoy all the classes but I would say the yoga and Pilates are my favorites! I love the atmosphere at Launch Bungee Fitness. There is a strong sense of community. There is no judgement and everyone encourages each other. The instructors have fostered a great environment.”

When asked about her fitness goals, Toni said “I am finally investing in my health for me. I feel stronger and more settled, and I have become more in tune with my body.

This is what Toni has to say to anyone thinking about trying our studio. “I would say do it! It’s a fun way to get in shape. You will surprise yourself on the goals you can achieve. Is it a great workout? Heck yes! Is it worth doing? Definitely! You might surprise yourself at what you are capable of. I have.

⭐️Meet our July Member of the Month, Bri! ⭐️

Bri has been coming to Launch for over 3 years and has attended almost 300 classes. Here is what Bri has to say about her experience at Launch and her fitness journey.

“My favorite class in advanced bungee. It’s a great cardio workout that’s actually fun to do!
My favorite part about the studio is the community and instructors at Launch! It’s so easy to get lost or go unseen in a crowd of 30 at a gym class. But not here. The members and instructors genuinely care about each other and it is so easy to just be yourself in the studio!”

“I started my fitness journey in 2021. I was close to 250lbs at the time. When I started at Launch, I had already lost 60 lbs. But what took me to my goal weight was attending weekly bungee and rhythm and toning classes. That led to another 20 lbs loss. This is the healthiest I have ever been in my life (I’m 46). I regularly exercise and can now do things I never thought I would be able to do like climbing the Manitou Incline!”

“For those looking to try bungee, my BFF Kelly is the one who introduced me to Launch. She had been asking me for a while to try it out. Once I did, I was hooked! I was so nervous to try it out because I didn’t want to embarrass myself. But you know what? That’s not possible here! The community at Launch is so supportive and real.
