Primal’s facility will be strategically located near the clubhouse with direct paddock access enabling UMPR members and guests to benefit from 1, 2 and 3 day racing schools, daily racecar rentals and a member-only racing series.

Uwharrie Motorsports Park & Resort Memberships are the center of our community.

Founding Memberships are being offered until August 31, 2025. Founding Memberships offer priority condo selection, perpetual lifetime membership, and add you to select group of other Founding Members. That group will gain access to private events and excursions made solely for Founding Members.

There are three (3) conventional membership tiers available - Gold, Family, and Corporate. Each membership option provides more than 200+ driving days per year but holds different perks based on member tier.

The Elite Membership was created for both the motorsport enthusiast and investor. These 10 exclusive memberships offer an equity stake, advisory board seat, and NO initiation fees or member dues for life!

All Membership tiers offer 24/7 access to the facility, 24/7 security, priority event space rental, invites to private members-only events, and 2 non-driving guest passes per member.

To become a Founding Member, you must apply for membership and pay your initiation fee prior to August 31, 2025. Once that date passes, Founding Membership opportunities will no longer be offered, priority condo selection will not be available, and membership initiation fees will increase.

Every Condo Owner is required to obtain a membership prior to the reservation and purchase of a unit. Members are NOT required to own condo units.

185 Condos and 48 rentable Garages are strategically placed around the 21-turn circuit giving unit owners, members, and guests ideal views of all the on-track action. Along with our variety of units, UMP will be home to numerous amenities including a clubhouse, amphitheater, kart track and more.

The track, designed by Driven International, currently boasts 21-turns spanning 3.2-miles. It flows naturally over the 400-acre site with an elevation delta of 90’. Overall, the circuit has a cumulative elevation change over 400’, giving every driver an experience like no other.

Welcome to the site of Uwharrie Motorsports Park in Moore County, North Carolina. We’re located within an hour of each of the state’s major metro areas including Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and Pinehurst. The current 3.2-mile track design, created by Driven International, will flow naturally over our 400 acres, including almost 100 feet of elevation change, and offer a split track design to accommodate a multitude of layouts and events. Uwharrie Motorsports Park features 165 trackside condos, currently available for purchase and more than 100 rentable garage spaces.Track memberships are also available with three options depending on you, your family, or your company needs, all of which offer more than 200 on-track driving days per year. Our motorsports park will be membership-based but community accessible. At the center of our site will be the Clubhouse.
