Christina and Holger completed the RuckingChallenges.com April challenge this morning. Double Trouble was the theme: 4 miles: 1st mile fast, 2nd mile heavy, 3rd mile faster, 4th mile heavier.

TDG RS represented at the GORUCK Star Course 12-miler in Atlanta. Christina gave a good pace and we finished in just over 4 hours. Nymeria hung in there and earned pizza and a patch.
