TRYOUT DETAILS
1. Tryouts will be held August 8th and 9th from 9-11 am and 1-3 pm both days. Teams will be announced at the end of the second session on August 9th. Both days of tryouts are mandatory in order to be considered for the program.
2. You must have your paperwork, physical, and athletic fee paid in order to try out. There will be no exceptions to this.
*If an athlete does not end up making the team, their athletic fee will be refunded

Monday, July 25th 5-7pm at LP
*Wednesday, July 27th 5-7pm at LP

*On Wednesday July 27th, we will be having a Setter's Training Session starting at 4pm, immediately before open gym.

Monday, July 18th 5-7pm at LP
Wednesday, July 20th 5-7pm at LP

Registration for LP Team Camp (August 1-4) is still open. It will close this Friday, July 22 since our coaching staff needs time to assign everyone to a session. When you are signing up, no need to choose a session. We will put athletes in a session based on ability and experience and will be notifying everyone which session they are in the week before camp.

**Players play in one of the sessions based on ability and experience. Most freshman will compete in the evening session.**

Alexa (Smith) Strube, Head Volleyball Coach

-Lewis-Palmer High School is proud to announce Alexa (Smith) Strube as the new head volleyball coach for the Rangers. Coach Strube aspires to “mold our young women into motivated athletes that strive to be the best they can be and pursue championships, but more importantly become good people because volleyball doesn’t last forever”.

As a Lewis-Palmer Alumni, Alexa admires the way Coach Odenbaugh and the Ranger program taught her what it meant to truly be a team player and a woman of character. To set lofty goals, visualize ourselves achieving those goals, and to work together to reach our highest potential.

Coach Strube is proud to bring her high level of volleyball IQ and experience from being a State Champion, High school and College All-American, USA Collegiate National team member, and professional athlete to the table. Alexa is excited about the opportunity to once again be a part of a historical and decorated volleyball program.
