Our karate for kids and kajukenbo for teens/adults builds: physical and mental fortitude, friendship and community, and positive values for all of life. Freedom School of Martial Arts is a mixed martial arts studio that has been serving students in the Monument area since 1986. Our mission is to teach fitness fundamentals, performance, competition, and leadership through Japanese, Chinese, Filipin

o, and Brazilian martial arts. Men, women, and children that train in our various programs report greater health, confidence, and growth in many areas of life as well as in the classroom. Students learn to avoid or resolve conflict before violence, but those few that have experienced assault report that they were able to take care of themselves.
