1. She’s addicted to watermelon 🍉
2. Shes a foodie and likes to recreate her favorite to enjoy
3. She isnt a drinker , but will recreate some fun mocktail and sips for her peeps
4. Shes been lifting since she was 15 after a soccer injury
5. She believes you can have a healthy relationship with food and your fitness journey . You just need to learn how to eat for your body and goals and get creative
6. Shes been there just like you, multiple times and gets it

So summer is right around the corner you don’t have to fall into the summer body ready. Just take time for you each day, make small changes and enjoy the journey
