6 YEARS SOBER TODAY - I cry 😢 tears of joy as I type this.

Today is officially 2191 days without a 💧of alcohol.

6 years ago I decided to change my life!

6 years ago I decided to stop drinking & start a healthy lifestyle.

Today I weigh 175 pounds less than I did a 6 years ago.

Today I feel like a new man 🙏🏻

Anything is possible if you are right with God, Focused on the Future & Relentlessly Positive!

Meet Ken Bowen. He was the offensive tackle I faced every day in football practice at Dr. Phillips HS. Ken played college football at the University of Southern California and was a blue-chip All-American at 6’8” and 330 pounds. A true STUD ATHLETE.

He literally kicked my ass into being a decent football player 😏

Why do I have and never shut up?
