🌞 Celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations 🌞
Join us on Sunday, June 21 at 8:00 AM for a special 90-minute practice led by Therese as we honor the longest day of the year with 108 Sun Salutations.
In yoga, the number 108 is considered sacred and symbolic. It appears throughout yogic and spiritual traditions, representing wholeness, connection, and the universe itself. Many practitioners use 108 repetitions as a moving meditation—a way to cultivate focus, resilience, gratitude, and intention.
Practicing 108 Sun Salutations at the solstice is a powerful ritual of transition. As the seasons shift, we take time to reflect, release what no longer serves us, and welcome the energy of a new cycle. Each round becomes an opportunity to connect breath, body, and purpose.
Whether you complete all 108 or move at your own pace, this practice is about honoring your journey and celebrating the light within.
