📣 WCLL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING — SEPTEMBER 10TH! ⚾🥎💙

Westmoreland County Little League needs YOU!

Our annual General Membership Meeting will be held September 10th, and this is an important one! We’re asking our families, coaches, volunteers, and community members to come out and have a voice in the future of WCLL.

During the meeting, our General Membership will:

💙 Vote on our new Constitution
⚾ Elect our new Board of Directors
🥎 Help shape the direction of Westmoreland County Little League for the upcoming year

This is your time to shine and get involved!

WCLL is only as strong as the people willing to step up and help make it happen. Whether you have a lot of time to give or simply want to become more involved in the organization that serves our local kids, we need you at this meeting.

Let us know! We are currently looking for individuals interested in stepping into leadership roles. Reach out to us so we can get your name added to the ballot for voting on September 10th.

Our newly elected Board will officially take over October 1st, 2026.

There’s still time to register your player, but now is the time to do it!

💰 The earlier you register, the more you save. Our tiered pricing means registration fees will increase as time goes on, so don’t miss out on the lowest available price.

Fall Ball is a great opportunity for players to:
⚾ Continue developing their skills
🥎 Gain valuable game experience
🤝 Have fun with teammates and friends before the spring season

💙⚾ ONE MORE NIGHT. ONE MORE CHANCE. ⚾💙

Our 10-11-12 Baseball All-Stars came up short against Caroline County last night, but their tournament journey isn’t over yet!

The boys are back on the field TONIGHT as they continue battling their way toward the championship.

These players have shown incredible grit, determination, and heart throughout this tournament. Now they need Blue Nation behind them!

Quick update for all of our fans out there, tonight’s game has been slightly delayed. Now starting at 8pm to try to aim for a cooler playing time for the players, coaches and umpires. Come on out and support the players and cheer them on!!

⚾️ THE JOURNEY CONTINUES! ⚾️

Our Little League Baseball All-Stars are moving on after another thrilling victory, defeating King George 7-6 in an absolute nail-biter!

It was a pitchers’ duel for most of the game, with Joba Wilson turning in an outstanding performance on the mound. Heading into the 5th inning, the score was tied 1-1.

Then the Westmoreland bats came alive! 💥 The boys erupted for 6 runs in the bottom of the 5th to take a commanding 7-1 lead.

King George wasn’t ready to quit, though. They rallied with 5 runs in the top of the 6th, putting the tying and go-ahead runs on 2nd and 3rd with two outs.

With the game on the line, Camden Hutt took the mound and delivered the final blow—striking out the last batter to secure the win and send Westmoreland to the next round! 💪🔥

Now it’s on to another challenge!

Don’t wait to sign up! Just like this spring, we’ll be using tiered registration pricing, which means the earlier you register, the less you’ll pay. Once each pricing tier fills or expires, registration fees increase.

Our 10-11-12 Baseball All-Stars are moving on after an incredible opening-round victory, winning in true walk-off fashion with a thrilling 14-13 finish! What a way to start tournament play!

Due to yesterday’s showers the entire tournament has been shifted a day. This means our WCLL 10-11-12 boys will take the field Tuesday at 8pm vs King George. See you there!

UPDATE:
2pm games today (June 28th) played at RCLL were called due to weather. ⛈️
‼️THESE TWO GAMES (Spotsy NL vs Lancaster and Middlesex vs Richmond County) will resume play tomorrow (June 29th) @ 6pm. With KW vs Mathews to follow at 7:30pm‼️

Everything on the tournament bracket will be pushed to the right one day, due to the weather from today!

⚾ Happy Father’s Day to All the Amazing Dads of Westmoreland County Little League! ⚾

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who make our league possible.

Thank you for spending countless hours on the ballfields, coaching teams, throwing batting practice, catching endless pitches, working in the concession stand, lining fields, hauling equipment, volunteering your time, and cheering from the stands. Your dedication, patience, and support help create memories that will last a lifetime for our players.

Little League is about so much more than baseball and softball. It’s about teaching teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship, and character—and so many of those lessons start with you.

Whether you’re in the dugout, on the field, in the stands, or behind the scenes, your impact reaches far beyond the game.

From all of us at Westmoreland County Little League, thank you for everything you do. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved day of celebration with your families.
