🏆 DISTRICT 15 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

OUR GIRLS DID IT!!!

What a ride it has been for our Westmoreland County Coach Pitch Softball All-Stars!

This team was made up of a unique blend of players — half returning players with experience and half girls who had just graduated from T-Ball this season. From day one, they showed determination, grit, and a willingness to learn, and it all paid off in a big way.

The road to the championship wasn’t easy. After falling to Lancaster in their first game of the championship round, our girls faced something they had never encountered before — a doubleheader with everything on the line.

They could have been tired. They could have been discouraged.

Instead, they dug deep.

They rallied together, fought for every out, every run, and every inch of the field. They left absolutely everything they had on that diamond and came away victorious in an unforgettable championship battle, defeating Lancaster 19-17 to claim the District 15 Championship!

The scoreboard only tells part of the story. The real story is the heart, teamwork, resilience, and determination these young ladies displayed throughout the tournament.

We couldn’t be more proud of this group of athletes, their coaches, and the families who supported them every step of the way.

Congratulations, girls! You represented Westmoreland County with pride and showed everyone what it means to never give up.

Way to go, Joba! 💪

Absolute dominance tonight by Joba and the Major Boys team!

Joba threw a NO-HITTER and then turned around and hit TWO over-the-fence home runs in the SAME inning! That’s the kind of performance you rarely ever see at any level of baseball.

The boys came out firing on all cylinders and took down Northumberland 19-2. We are incredibly proud of this team and the hard work they continue to put in every single day.

Congratulations Joba on an unforgettable game! ⚾🔥

The Northern Neck Youth 7v7 League is officially set, and we’re ready to get ACTIVE this spring! 🔥

📅 Season Kickoff: April 12, 2026
📍 Teams: Essex, Westmoreland, Colonial Beach, Northumberland, Middlesex
⏰ Game Times:
• 8U – 2:00 PM
• 10U – 3:00 PM
• 12U – 4:00 PM
• 14U – 5:00 PM

This season is about competition, development, and SHOWING UP! 💪🏾

Join us for the Concert & Oyster Roast with music by Faron Hamblin to benefit the Boys & Girls Club – Westmoreland Unit on Saturday, October 11th at the Woodlands Gym in Montross. Doors open at 5:00pm, dinner is served at 5:30pm, and the concert rocks from 6:00–9:00pm. We can’t wait to share an unforgettable evening of live entertainment, fresh oysters, and hometown fun—all for a great cause!
