MMS Eagle Softball

If you have a Montross Middle School Girl interested in softball, please scan the QR code and complete the information form. Please note that there will be conditioning on Monday, February 24th from 3:30 to 5 PM for any girl at MMS who’s interested in playing middle school softball. Parents can pick you up at 5. Have indoor attire for conditioning as well as your gloves and bats.

Today was our last game of the 2024 softball season against Lancaster 19-11. It has truly been an adventure for the past two years coaching these girls. We hope they enjoyed this time as much as we have. We hope they learned something new or honed a skill they were struggling with. The Eagle future is looking bright with this group. Keep pushing girls!

A few things to remember:

🔵Always be coachable.
🟡Leave the last play behind and move forward.
🔵Even professional athletes strike out.
🟡You will not be perfect – accept it.
🔵Figure out the problem and make the adjustment.
🟡Remember why YOU play!

We hope to see you all next season! Tell your friends to try out next year we need more girls!!

To our 8th graders.. we are so proud of you and can’t wait to watch you continue to grow as you move up the Eagle ladder.
