Professional opportunity
Resident Horse Trainer at a facility In North Montrose Colorado setup as a foundation station to develop horses and to teach horsemanship to humans.
Quiet facility that borders BLM.
I’m retired and my current resident horsewoman is relocating to Texas in November.
Applicant will operate their own business using my facility that I will maintain.
No lease fee
I receive the monthly boarding fee for all horses in training as I care for all horses and facility maintenance.
The resident trainer sets his/her own fees
Resident trainer is allowed to board one personal horse no charge.
I refer many cliental from my 25 year career teaching and training in this local area.
Applicant must have some natural horsemanship schooling or experience to maintain the same paridigm that the local horse owners expect from this facility.
Methods and techniques taught and used by horsemen like Pat Parelli, Clinton Anderson, Buck Brannaman, Ray Hunt or the Dorrance brothers is required for the resident trainer.
The majority of my referrals will be C**t starting so the applicant should be confident starting colts.
Opportunity to coach onsite boarders and fine tune their personal horses.
I will be available to mentor the applicant if necessary.
Possible rental unit on site as living quarters if desired.
