My go-to Asian cucumber salad 🥒🔥
I don’t measure anything… I just eyeball it every time.

Crushed chili sauce
Toasted sesame oil
Rice vinegar
Soy sauce
Fresh garlic
Salt + pepper
Sesame seeds
Shake it up, pour it over sliced cucumbers, and that’s it. Fresh, spicy, crunchy, and addicting. Trust me… you’ll make this on repeat.

I get this all the time from my clients…
“I don’t want to lift heavy because I don’t want to get bulky.”

Truth is .... lifting weights doesn’t make you bulky. What you eat plays a much bigger role.

To gain size, your body has to be in a calorie surplus (eating more than you burn).

To lean out, your body needs to be in a calorie deficit (eating less calories)

Strength training actually helps shape your body, build lean muscle, and boost your metabolism, which is exactly what helps you get that toned look.

Don’t be afraid of the weights.
