Had a busy weekend. Brody played his first varsity football game on Friday night and came out like a defensive animal, which made up for him having to miss a points race on Friday night, which cost him a pretty big hit in the points. On Saturday, Brody raced at his local track, qualified 14th, started fifth in the heat, was passing for third when the caution came out, and had to settle for fourth, which put him in the show, starting 11th in the feature and finishing 14th. When he pulled off the track, he had a flat right front tire; he was able to preserve it for 10 laps. How, we have no idea.

Unfortunately, tonight, Brody will not be able to make the Friday night race due to he starts his varsity football season tonight. Brody will plan on racing this Saturday at Montpelier Speedway.

Last night I raced at the back to school Terry Hull Memorial at Montpelier Raceway! It was a good night, a total of 52 modifieds. Did not qualify the greatest, which made me start ninth in the heat, but I was able to get up to fourth to secure spot in the 40 lap main event started 13th in the feature and finished 11th. All in all, a good night. Thanks to all my fans and wonderful sponsors.

Super pumped to be back in action at Montpelier Speedway this Saturday. These guys have been putting in a lot of effort to prepare the track surface for competitive racing, which will make for a great show for everyone.

We ventured to a new track to us Friday night at Circle City Speedway. Our goal was to get seat time at a different track and make sure are repairs from Montpelier was in line. We started to figure the track out for a short time in feature until we got a RR flat. All in all we did learn stuff and that is what counts at a young age. On to the next one. Last night at the Montpelier Speedway for the Hell Tour, 39 modifieds participated. I qualified well, starting in a good position in the heat and moving from 4th to 3rd, securing a feature starting position of 11th. During the first lap of the race, a car spun out in front of me, resulting in significant damage to my car, and I was unable to finish. I appreciate the assistance from everyone who helped get the car back in the trailer, particularly the Mays and Leas family. Thanks again to everyone who came out and watched and to all my sponsors. It’s always disappointing when you had a good car but didn’t get the potential to show it, but that’s racing.

Race recap 6-20-26 Montpelier Speedway. Total Cars: 27. Heat: 7 to 6, missed the transfer spot by 1. B-main: 2 to 3. A-Main: 18th to 11th. Still learning the ever-changing track conditions throughout the night, but learning something every race. Next race up will be July 7th for the Summer National Hell tour at Montpelier Motor Speedway. We are super excited and thankful to pick up a new sponsor for the car. Took the weekend off racing to go walleye fishing 🎣; it was a great weekend with good friends, but I'm ready to get back at it this weekend at Montpelier Motor Speedway. It will be some good racing, so come out and watch. I also have a few more racing T-shirts left if anyone is interested.

Recap for last night at Montpelier. 32 modifieds checked in. The Heat Race went from 5th to 4th, which locked us into the feature. The feature started with me in 15th, and it started out good; I passed about 5 to 6 cars until I made a rookie mistake, pushing it too hard and getting sideways, which flattened the tire. The crew was able to change it and get me back out; I started in the back and finished up 15th. At the end of the night, we were blessed to have made it to such an amazing event.
