SCULPT IS NOT YOGA ||| 🤍

I have had so much fun guiding the Earth Yogis through some hard hitting hot sculpt practices! I’m excited to continue growing this part of our practice with my own personal flare of yogic wisdom.

Yoga isn’t always the exact asana poses, it’s your intention with how you walk through this life.

I’ll be gone this weekend at NEPA Yoga Festival but we have our lovely instructors subbing!

& of course — i am beyond excited to show you all what I am working on at the NEW Pine Square oasis

A boutique yoga studio + wellness oasis inspired by earth, connection, ritual & beauty.
